Evan Longoria to be featured in Game of Thrones Bobblehead on July 8th

Via team press release -- The Tampa Bay Rays today announced the addition of an Evan Longoria Game of Thrones Bobblehead to their 2017 promotional schedule as part of Major League Baseball’s new partnership with HBO’s fantasy drama Game of Thrones.

The give-away will be distributed on Game of Thrones Night to the first 15,000 fans prior to the Rays taking on the Boston Red Sox on July 8 at 4:10 p.m. at Tropicana Field.

The Rays are one of several Major League Baseball teams set to participate in the MLB-Game of Thrones partnership this summer with each individual club planning its own unique tie-in, which will include development of collectible and co-branded merchandise, ticket packages, giveaways, theme nights and social media events.

Game of Thrones returns for a seventh season on Sunday, July 16 on HBO. The novel-turned-television show has won 38 Primetime Emmy Awards since its debut in March 2010, more than any series in Emmy history.
