As I'm writing this Saturday night, there's no indication how serious the injury is, if at all. Jake Fraley also left his game Saturday after being hit by the pitch.

Triple-A Durham Bulls (29-17)

A comebacker knocked Jacob Faria out of the game early, and it ended in a 6-2 Durham loss to Pawtucket. Faria allowed a home run in the second but struck out seven in four innings. In the fourth, a single off his leg extended the inning, but he battled to strike out the final batter of the inning before leaving the game. Pawtucket really went to work in the fifth off Yoel Espinal and scored four runs to run away with the game. Chih-Wei Hu pitched two scoreless innings of relief.

Double-A Montgomery Biscuits (26-23)

Jose Mujica turned in a nice start in Montgomery's 3-0 win over Chattanooga. After getting hammered for five home runs over his prior two starts, Mujica bounced back against the Lookouts, the team he threw eight strong innings against three turns ago. In his Saturday start, he struck out three in 6 2/3 scoreless innings. Justin O'Conner drove in the only run the Biscuits needed in the second inning, and Grant Kay doubled in two insurance runs in the eighth.

1B Joe McCarthy: 1-for-3, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 BB, 1 K
C Nick Ciuffo: 0-for-3

RHP Jose Mujica: 6 2/3 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 3 K

Class A-Advanced Charlotte Stone Crabs (22-25)

Charlotte scored early, and Roel Ramirez pitched well in the Stone Crabs' 4-2 win over Fort Myers. Brett Sullivan's RBI double in the first gave them a quick 1-0 lead, and Jake Fraley and Jake Cronenworth drove in runs in the second. In his first start of the season, Ramirez threw five scoreless innings, allowing just two hits and a walk with three strikeouts. Fraley left the game in the sixth after being hit by a pitch.
