I'm watching the Season 5 premiere of Orphan Black and not particularly interested in searching for a player or a storyline to drive discussion here. Sorry. I haven't actually checked the game log, but it seems like Ryan Boldt has been doing some hitting lately.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (39-22)
Blake Snell delivered another nice start in Durham's 7-3 win over Norfolk. Aside from a hiccup in the two-run fourth, the lefty was able to get out of any jam he got himself into, and in the end, he allowed just two runs in 5 2/3 innings with eight strikeouts. In the fifth, Johnny Field scored on a wild pitch to break a 2-2 tie, and Patrick Leonard added a run later in the inning with an RBI double. Casey Gillaspie's sixth homer of the season was a two-run shot in the sixth.
OF Jake Bauers: 1-for-2, 1 RBI, 2 BB, 1 K
1B Casey Gillaspie: 1-for-4, 1 R, 1 HR, 2 RBI, 1 K

Double-A Montgomery Biscuits (34-28)
Montgomery fell behind early and couldn't get out of the hole in its 6-3 loss to Chattanooga. The Lookouts jumped out to a 4-0 lead through three innings against Greg Harris, but the Biscuits bats got back into the game. Riley Unroe doubled home a pair of runs in the fourth, and Grant Kay's solo shot made it a one-run game an inning later, but that would be as close as they could get. Harris allowed those four runs and exited after three innings.
1B Joe McCarthy: 1-for-4, 1 2B, 1 K
OF Justin Williams: 1-for-4, 1 R, 1 K
IF Grant Kay: 1-for-4, 1 R, 1 HR, 1 RBI
OF Granden Goetzman: 0-for-4, 2 K
C Justin O'Conner: 0-for-4, 2 K
RHP Greg Harris: 3 IP, 5 H, 4 ER, 3 BB, 4 K
Class A-Advanced Charlotte Stone Crabs (28-31)
Eduar Lopez pitched well, and Charlotte beat up Florida for 11 hits in a 7-2 win over Florida. Charlotte's first three runs of the game scored on two groundouts and an error, but once the Fire Frogs pulled within one, the Stone Crabs went to work to put the game out of reach. Peter Maris singled in a run in the sixth, and Brett Sullivan's two-run single an inning later was the knockout blow. Lopez allowed just two runs -- one earned -- on five hits in six innings with five strikeouts and no walks.
OF Ryan Boldt: 2-for-3, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 BB
C David Rodriguez: 1-for-4, 1 R, 1 RBI, 2 K
OF David Olmedo-Barrera: 3-for-5, 1 R, 1 RBI
RHP Eduar Lopez: 6 IP, 5 H, 2 R (1 ER), 0 BB, 5 K
Class-A Bowling Green Hot Rods (28-32)
Bowling Green allowed seven unanswered runs in its 9-2 loss to Lake County. In his first inning of the 2017 season, Chris Pike allowed a two run home run, but Garrett Whitley had his back by hitting a two-run dinger of his own a half inning later. In the fourth, the game fell apart thanks to an error and a passed ball. The Captains scored four unearned runs. Those runs were all charged to Pike, who pitched four innings.
SS Lucius Fox: 0-for-5, 5 K
CF Joshua Lowe: 0-for-5, 2 K
OF Jesus Sanchez: 3-for-4
3B Adrian Rondon: 1-for-4, 2 K
OF Garrett Whitley: 1-for-3, 1 R, 1 HR, 2 RBI
RHP Chris Pike: 4 IP, 6 H, 6 R (2 ER), 0 BB, 3 K
