Triple-A Durham Bulls (1-1)

The Durham Bulls dropped game two of the five game International League championship series 4-0 to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. The series is tied at one game a piece. The Bulls offense couldn’t get much going against Domingo German. Jake Bauers led off the bottom of the second inning with a double off the blue monster. It was the only hit the Bulls managed off the RailRiders starter in seven innings. Yonny Chirinos didn’t have his normal command. In the first two frames he walked two and hit a batter. Jake Bauers added a double and a walk picking up two of the three Bulls hits.
