Tampa Bay Rays News and Links: Rays sign three to minor league deals

In just over two weeks, pitchers and catchers will finally report to spring training, mercifully ending this lull of an off-season.

The Tampa Bay Rays have been extremely quiet since their trade of Evan Longoria on December 20th, without making a major league transaction since that deal became official.

However, they have signed three players to minor league deals over the past week with invites to spring training.
