After tripling on Opening Day and doubling in the second game of the season, Willy Adames went 10 games without an extra-base hit. In his last three games, he has a double and his first home run of the season. He has been very good this season, as expected for a talented player who played an entire season at the level he’s at.

Behind Willy Adames’ grand slam, Durham crushed Lehigh Valley by a score of 10-0. The Bulls already led 3-0 when Adames launched his first homer of the season in the second inning. In the fourth, Jason Coats’ three-run home run extended the lead to 10. In his return to Durham, Chih-Wei Hu pitched four scoreless innings, striking out four.
