The Durham Bulls dropped the first game of a double header against the Charlotte Knights 5-1. Most of the Knights damage came in a four run fourth that put them up 5-0. Kean Wong’s RBI double in the fifth scored the only run for the Bulls.

The Stone Crabs got on the board first with a RBI single in the top of the first off the bat of Jesus Sanchez. The Flying Tigers answered with three runs in the bottom of the frame and held the Stone Crabs scoreless the rest of the way.

It wasn’t enough as the Marlins answered with two in the bottom of the frame.
