It was the busiest week yet of the offseason. Half of the Rays’ Arizona Fall League contingent played in Saturday’s Fall Stars Game, and Liga de Béisbol Profesional de la República Dominicana got underway — that means Wander Franco’s winter ball season has begun.
There was a lot written about that Fall Stars Game. MLB.com’s prospect team covered the best tools and the best performers in the game. Baseball America recapped the game and had its own standouts.

Lowe is on a five-game hitting streak with two hits in four of those five games. He has four extra-base hits in that streak. He hit an RBI double, scored, and stole a base in the Fall Stars Game.
