Rays-Rowdies to play Doubleheader this Saturday

Fla.—The Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Rowdies will hold their first-ever doubleheader Saturday, June 15 with a combined ticket offer to see both teams in action on the same day.

The Rays will host the Los Angeles Angels at 1:10 p.m. on June 15, followed by the Rowdies match against the Charleston Battery at 6:30 p.m. the same day.

Fans will be able to purchase a ticket package that includes tickets to both games (in great seating locations), transportation between stadiums, and a food & beverage voucher to be redeemed at Al Lang, where there will be pre-match party hosted by the Rowdies.

Each $30 ticket package includes seating in the 200 level at Tropicana Field for the Rays game and seats in a Midfielder’s Reserved section for the Rowdies match at Al Lang Stadium, as well as vouchers for a Great Bay beer and food truck item to be redeemed at Al Lang. Seating for the Rowdies match will be assigned on the event day.

Shuttles will run roundtrip between Tropicana Field and Al Lang Stadium from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. so fans do not need to move their cars after the Rays game ends.

Fans who purchase this package will also get entrance into a special pre-match party at Al Lang Stadium, which includes Rowdies player autographs, face painters, mascots and a DJ.
