FanPost Friday: Which player do you love that everyone else hates?

Sometimes it’s easy to love a player. There are guys — like Yandy Diaz, say — who are just charming, likable, talented, and easy to be a fan of. Those players become fan favorites, they sell tons of jerseys, you’re fine with your kids having their poster on their wall.

Then there are other players. Players who may have slighted your team once upon a time, or perhaps a former player from your team who has moved on, who may not be as warm and lovable. They might be gruff, outspoken, maybe even a little surly. Or perhaps they’re a beloved player on their own team, but a menace to your preferred club, but you find yourself liking them when all your fellow fans hate them.
