Triple-A Durham Bulls (3-3)
Durham was swept by Columbus, falling to the Clippers, 6-2, in Game 3 of the International League Championship. In his second rehab appearance of the postseason, Blake Snell was sharp, striking out three in two perfect innings. Kevin Padlo’s RBI single in the third gave the Bulls a 1-0 lead, but the Clippers finally got to Aaron Slegers in the sixth. Using three home runs, they scored three runs in back-to-back innings, ending Durham’s bid for three straight International League titles.
