Faux-pening Day Game Day Thread: Game 162 on Cut4 Twitter (11 a.m.)

MLB is doing a great job pushing out some throwback content on Opening Day; good on y’all!

Today should be Opening Day. Of course, there are far more pressing issues going on not just in the U.S. but around the world, but even still, it hurts quite a bit not having live baseball today to distract when it would be more useful than ever.

However, in lieu of live baseball, why not watch the second-best possible thing: Game 162 from 2011 at the Trop!

Major League Baseball is doing its best without an actual Opening Day to rely on serving up a delicious day on throwback content across all platforms. If you haven’t seen it, here’s the menu:

Obviously the game that jumps out to Rays fans is that 11:00 a.m. game on the Cut4 Twitter feed: Quite possibly the greatest moment in Rays history (followed by a not as great moment, but we’ll ignore that).
