Rays prospects and minor leagues: Zombro out of ICU as recovery continues

Tyler Zombro was transferred out of the ICU Monday and remains in stable condition.

Thursday night, the baseball world rallied around Durham pitcher Tyler Zombro, who was struck by a batted ball on the mound. Monday, Harrisonburg’s Daily News-Record reported he was transferred out of the ICU and remains in stable condition. He may be out of the hospital in a week.
