Nothing is too weird for these predictions, so go wild.

The All-Star Game has come and gone, and it was a solid showing for the Rays, with a Mike Zunino home run, some great defense from Joey Wendle, and solid pitching from late addition Andrew Kittredge. We had a few days with no baseball games, and now we’re back to regularly scheduled programming and entering the bottom half of the 2021 season.

The Rays have had an intriguing first half, battling it out with the Red Sox for top spot, a few unfortunate injuries, but still a strong April through June. Now, if they're going to want to make another push for the postseason it’ll all come down to what they do in the latter part of the year.

Will they make trades to bolster pitching? Will they invent another new technique for making the most of the bullpen? Will Glasnow suddenly return perfectly healthy in August? The whole goal of today’s FanPost prompt is to come up with anything weird, wonderful, impossible, improbable and make your boldest guesses for what will happen in the second half of the year.

Head over to the FanPost section, select “New Post” on the left, and give us your most wild and sensational predictions.
