After a 1-for-24 series, Vidal Brujan hit like a top prospect again last week.

Who were the top players in the organization in June? Wander Franco was one of them before his promotion. He batted .371 with a .405 on-base percentage and .686 slugging percentage. He had 12 extra-base hits in 17 games.

At two levels, Hill Alexander led all hitters who played more than a couple games with a 1.232 OPS in 55 plate appearances. He homered six times and walked 10 times. Niko Hulsizer led all hitters with 10 home runs in the month — but was also tied for most strikeouts with 35.

Only one pitcher in May averaged five innings per appearance. In June, there were three: Peyton Battenfield, Jayden Murray, and Michael Plassmeyer.

With a promotion to Triple A, Shane Baz continued his dominant season, earning a trip to the Futures Game and Olympics. He stuck out 34 and walked just three in 24 innings.

Battenfield was just as good and earned a promotion to Double A. He had 32 strikeouts and two walks in 25 23 innings.
