The Rays scored seven unanswered runs last night to rally past the Boston Renfroes 8-4. Coupled with a Yankee loss to the Royals, the win widened the Rays lead in the division to 5 and 7 games, respectively, with the Blue Jays still hanging around at 7.5 games back.

Randy Arozarena returned from the COVID IL list. If you are the praying kind, keep his wife in your thoughts. Though she is feeling better, she is still in the hospital with COVID.
The #Rays Randy Arozarena explained he feels fine, but his wife & daughter tested positive for COVID. Since Arozarena's wife is 8 months pregnant she was hospitalized. Arozarena says she is feeling better and had someone with her, and he felt comfortable rejoining the team now.
