Among the players on Baseball America’s preseason top 30 for the organization, 11 have played at multiple levels this season, not including rehab assignments. Greg Jones and Blake Hunt are now among them after last week’s promotions to Double A. The Rays have rewarded players who have shown they’re ready for the next level this season, and a player like Jones is now at the level he probably would’ve been at even if he hadn’t missed an entire season.
