Last round of a 4 game set with the Texas Rangers. Beams hope to even up the series We trust everybody partook as of now or thereabouts. Back at it in about an hour — Tampa Bay Rays (@RaysBaseball) June 2, 2022 Going for the series win! #StraightUpTX — Texas Rangers (@Rangers) June 2, 2022 Beams scored first (I know!) after Mejia multiplied, moved to third, and was driven in by Vidal Brujan. Beams next run came in the third inning on a Yandy Diaz single to drive in Margot and give the Rays a 2-0 lead. Two or three strolls later and the Rays added one more run with a RBI Walk by Issac Parades. After 3 strolls and 2 hits, Rays could gather the 2 runs, however enough for a 3-0 lead. Margot helped Corey Kluber and the Rays in the lower part of the fourth inning, gunning down Jonah Heim at a respectable halfway point to end the inning.
